Because OverHere subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store, refunds must be requested directly through Apple.
1. How Refunds Work
All App Store purchases are processed by Apple.
This means:

OverHere Ltd cannot issue refunds directly.

Refunds are handled by Apple’s internal review team.

Users must submit a request through their Apple ID.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit Apple’s official refund page:

Then follow the steps:

Sign in with your Apple ID

Select OverHere from your purchase list

Choose a reason for the refund

Submit the request for review
Apple usually responds within a few days.

3. Cancelling Subscriptions
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → OverHere
Cancelling stops future billing but will not refund previous charges unless Apple approves a refund request.

4. Free Trial Policy

New users may receive a 3-day free trial

Charges begin automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends

Apple manages all trial activations and cancellations
