2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using the OverHere App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

3. Use of the App

• The OverHere App is designed to allow users to display visual text messages on their phone screens for communication purposes.

• You agree to use the app responsibly, in public spaces where such use is appropriate and lawful.

• You must not use OverHere to send or display offensive, harmful, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

• Users are responsible for the content they choose to display.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the app for users who violate these rules.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OverHere.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Subscription & Payments

OverHere offers both free trials and paid subscription plans.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through the App Store.

• Subscription renewals are managed directly through your Apple account settings.

• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

We do not store or have access to your payment information.

All app content, branding, design elements, logos, and text are the property of Anthony Greaves or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our app or website without prior written consent.
